easy steps to booking your special event
Step
1
Check
availability and price by emailing or calling us on the
phone. See the contact
us page for details
Step 2
When you
are ready to confirm your booking, contact us, ideally by
telephone, and we will take down all your details and
provisionally reserve a car. We need a £50 deposit, per
car, with all bookings and this can be paid on a card over
the phone, by cheque or in person. We will then send you a
confirmation letter with the full details of your booking. (Please
note: for bookings over £300 and all Hummer bookings we will need a
£100 deposit).
Step 3
Check your
letter of confirmation once you have received it, sign one copy
and return it to us. Your price and date are now confirmed
so sit back, relax and look forward to your special occasion.
Payment
Our
payment terms are very simple; we require a £50 deposit with the
booking form and the balance becomes due by cheque about 14 days
before the event or by cash at the beginning of the hire. We are
unable to accept Credit/Debit Card payments for the balance.
The
Small Print
A copy of
our Terms and Conditions is printed on the back of every booking
form. Please read them. They are self explanatory but if you have
